Relax Art

The Relax Art Meditation course consists of five 2-hour webinar sessions led by Anilkumar PC.
The course is divided into three levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advance.
In the Basic level, participants will learn breathing meditation and moving meditation.
The Intermediate level includes mindfulness meditation and progressive relaxation meditation.
The Advance level focuses on meditative lifestyle and meditative thinking.

The course takes five weeks to complete, with each level taking one week.
Live webinars will be held on Sundays at 6 am. If you are unable to attend any of the webinars, we will also provide the webinar recording to those who notify us in advance.
